A very public humanitarian effort across the employee base, where ideas are exchanged openly... we've basically created an at-work community of people trying to do the next right thing.... its pretty cool

The annual bonus is competitive and has an extremely strong history of paying out at or above 100% of target. It also has the ability to exceed target pay on both the individual and the company performance components
