
They should be more proactive in putting their goals into place. There is a lot of discussion surrounding current employee attrition issues but there has not been any action taken. We are asked to do lots of data gathering as employees through surveys etc, and as an IC there has been no result.
I have had 3 managers and just as many HRBPs in my tenure here. Since there is no career pathing , it's convenient to gaslight employees and tell them they are being paid honestly. When they are overworked, have no option or support to grow, and never receive fair compensation because of it.
Since I have started here my job title and scope of work have been extremely out of sync. There has been an extremely poor effort to level set and provide career paths for teams outside of sales and engineering. I know as a woman my male counterparts are paid well beyond what I am.
