Everyone loves this company and each other. Everyone is awesome to talk to and love sharing about themselves. When you're in a positive environment like that it feels so awesome to be be working for this company and with those people.

Bonuses are always a good thing but what I've been loving is the small things like packages from Cargurus and it's usually stuff we can use with the family or something cool like that or even Cargurus swag. It always catches me off guard when I get a package from Cargurus and it makes my whole week

I love my team. I couldn't ask for a better team. As a Junior software engineer and this being my first real job it can be hard to adapt in this type of setting but I've had amazing coworkers who has been helping so I hit the ground running and I feel like I did. Also the buddy system is awesome.

What makes me most happy at work is the work i'm doing. Everyday I may face a new challenge that I have to overcome and I never know what to expect. I've been trying my best to try and solve things on my own but when I can't I can always rely on my coworkers and my manager to help me.
