I feel so fortunate to be a Guru!
I've loved my time at CG, and feel like I've grown here more than any other place in my career.
What I like the most is the flexibility.
The best part is the bonus
The flexibility to work around my family's needs.
There is a feeling of collaboration and comraderie.
The attempt at transparent communication.
Their transparency in company communication
Their commitment to being transparent
Our collective passion for what we do every day
I feel as though I'm doing work that matters.
The flexibility for my family
We are all in it to make a difference and have fun.
Smart, kind people who are about buoying each other up and making a difference.
Their transparency and willingness to host frequent information sessions for the entire company answering questions candidly.
Doing work I love that makes a difference to the business, all while feeling valued and appreciated.
The camaraderie and genuine feeling that we are all contributing to something really big and exciting with the comany's growth.
How collaborative and smart they are. We hold a high bar and are consistently pushing ourselves to push harder and be better.
I think the people who work at CG are genuinely good people who want to do good work and treat each other well.
I've experienced a lot of inefficiency/anxious activity which trickles down to teams from leadership taking on projects that don't either align or make sense with our current strategy. It feels to me as though some of our leaders are afraid to say no or push back and the end result is burnout.
