
What we get to do everyday is a blessing - I love working at CG. It is getting more and more hard with the goal post consistently moving when quotas go up but thats life and the way it is everywhere.

They give me the freedom and flexibility to be able to have a good mental mindstate to perform at my best. I work unorthodox hours sometimes and as long as I hit my metrics and continue to hit goal they do not have a problem with it
when quotas go up that means pay outs go down. Quotas went up on average over 20% from last year. That means payout went down at the same rate. Im not expecting OTE to raise to 20% like quotas but something small to make the payout percentage drop not so drastic. even a 1% OTE bump would show caring
