Everyone is so helpful, and it seems like everyone truly wants everyone to win and succeed. That's a pretty cool environment to be a part of.

I mean let's be honest...all the perks, LOL! No but being able to engage with my team, I feel like we got a good solid group that I'm excited to get to know and learn from.

I think it's cool to see people from all walks of life. Especially seeing people who are like me. Who have maybe started another career path a little later in life. I am 35 years old and stepping out into something new can be scary but experiencing that with others who can relate is comforting.

I think a baseline of higher paying salary. Especially where we live in Boston, 45k is not really a livable wage. For some context, I was managing a small local owned coffee shop and my baseline salary pay was much higher than this plus was able to collect tips which allowed me to live comfortably.

This company has treated me fairly throughout my time here and is far less toxic compared to my last employer. The company has changed over time as we have grown, most changes feel normal but have affected morale across the company as we have a number of employees that have been here since we opened
