
They are open to feedback and try to listen to the things employees relate to them.
We have no team culture. Not sure how we can improve upon this but I can go days without talking with my team.
I think once you have established yourself as a good worker you are given flexibility and opportunities. It can be a long road to get there.
Given the mass attrition as well as layoffs last year that we have not recovered from - many of us are doing far more beyond the normal job. Additionally - our stock falls off. While I know we do a pay analysis, I don't know that a few people analyzing is enough to catch when people are underpaid.
