
The coworkers. It seems as though most people you talk to is genuine. There is always someone to talk to about work, life, or simply to just share a laugh.
Compared to the market, the base pay is not reflective of the amount of work being contributed. There are not holiday bonuses, which makes me feel undervalued as an employee.
Communicating the priorities for the company, and understanding the amount of resources it will require to execute. It appears as though individuals are stretched too thin because there is not a clear understanding of the highest priority projects are. Everything seems to be a priority.
The challenges. Being able to encounter failure, but use those as opportunities on how to get better. Now I'm in a fortunate position where I have a talented mngr that has great experience and advice that has aided my growth. Recently, I had no mentorship and felt like I was setup for failure.
