
Good amount of communication across goals.
Compensation, job title, and actual work do not match up. For the job title pay is correct but for the actual work done it is too low.
Overall department and company team are very passive aggressive. A lot of distracting others from their work for things that end up not being important to anyone.
Helplessness needs to be addressed, no one tries to solve their own problems unless it directly relates to a promotion, leaning on others is fine, relying on them means you cannot function in your role on your own merits.
