Because our sales team is pretty big, we have 3 managers handling teams of 8-12 reps. My team is really fun, hard working, and extremely collaborative. We all support each others successes and help each other be our best.

My coworkers are awesome, I also am given the freedom to work at my pace so long as the results are there. I appreciate the fact that my managers don't breathe down my neck and micro-manage. They trust that I will get the job done.
