Benefits tend to be the minimum required or slightly above it. Overall I don't feel undervalued, but there are not many tangible benefits aside from salary and some other minor options.
Most are focused on growth and on the biggest factors that will help lead to growth. Many believe in their team and know that the growth will benefit others that they work with.
Take the structure that works but make it more efficient for entry level positions. For higher level positions, the process can be lengthy and needs more commitment from stakeholders responsible for conducting the interview.
Many people here are really great to work with. They take on a lot of pressure, they work together, there is open communication and great problem solvers. Many have moved up in the company due to their great work ethic and progress.
