To be my best. I work with some very competitive Business Bankers. They are great people and great professionals. Jose Tirador has done such a great job putting together our amazing Team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be better listeners.
Take on ownership. There is a sense of passing the buck to someone else rather than taking ownership to assist and accomplish a task for our clients.
We hire associates that do not have prior work experience and ask them to do the work without prior knowledge or experience. We hire managers who have never been managers in their career and lack the leadership comp.

There is a lot of negativity and resentments, several prefer to blame and be a part of the problem and not the solution, they create chaos with other team members.

Unfortunately given turnover I do feel we have hired teammates who do not necessarily live the "why" or understand our brand as some of our past teammates did. I feel this is extremely important in maintaining our incredible culture. We aren't hired to just do a job, we are hired to make an impact.
