My experience at Contentstack has been 10/10 so far. I enjoy working closely with my colleagues and customers, I have a wonderful leadership team, and I feel excited to come to work every day and be challenged and inspired.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Contentstack has been my favorite company that I've worked at so far. I haven't seen an authentic culture like this at any other company. Employees are treated fairly, paid well, and although its a fast work pace we are always challenged which I enjoy. Work life balance can be slightly difficult.

Their transparency and dedication to the goals that they set before themselves.

Everyone has an all in all win mindset which is a great environment to work in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our leadership team has done an amazing job to make sure we are fairly compensated throughout the quarter through renewals and upsells.

I love that Contentstack is accepting of all ideas and is inclusive to all types of employees. While working at Contentstack I've felt empowered and heard by my colleagues.

I really enjoy their transparency, organization, and commitment to leading with our company values and doing things outside of the organization to make the world and our community a better place.

My team is awesome! Always willing to help and support each other. No question is a dumb question and Contentstack and my team accepts people for who they are, which I really appreciate.

My team is the BEST! Everyone enjoys coming to work, everyone is willing to help out at anytime, and everyone makes you feel welcome and supported. I love the people I work with as well as my manager/team lead.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working at a company that I believe in and having leadership that is passionate about what they do. I enjoy working hard and supporting my customers when I can see that my leadership also truly believes in the mission.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy calls with my customers. Customers are typically fairly happy, and its interesting to learn about the projects they are working on. My team continues to give positive reassurance and it makes me feel excited knowing that I'm doing positive work for the company.
