Dairy Farmers of America Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The pay the medical coverage

Salary is very competitive locally.

It get the bills paid and keeps my wife happy

The best part about my conversation package was really Panama because our land of what I was not knowing and what I was living is something that I was looking for a plan and this is what I got for today and I will be with it for a while if I got a job that's all this is awesome for tonight and for

Very attractive bonus and the 401k is decent

Good employer match for the 401k, but there needs to be more transparancy and involvement in where the money goes. Peoples' retirements are being funneled into index funds that are about to crash hard, harder than '08. Most people don't understand the financial crisis we are just now starting to see

Benefits are good for me.

The pay is the best part. The insurance is not great.

Offered an impressive benefits package

Its all great, im not going to pin down one over the other. You all take good care of me

I want more money forreal

The insurance is good and the vacation u get when u start

Eye. Dental, health insurance coverage

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Product Dept

Union job, starts higher then most places in area

Review from Product Dept

The health insurance is very nice

Review from Product Dept

Health Insurance is mostly paid for by the company

Review from Operations Dept

They educate us regularly on what our benefits are, how we can take full use of them and other resources

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better investment options maybe have broker handling plan to add money market account to 401k plan

Health Insurance is very poor for such a large company. High Premiums and still required to pay too much out of pocket compared to others in the industry. up to 20k a year for a family

Pay scale incentive. Seniority pay scale needed

Add more money to the pay

Raise the current pay rate to $25 an hour. Higher temporary workers at $18 an hour. With 5 yearly progression raises.

More work over time and not compensated

Better benefit package for employees

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus check will be good to show how much you care about the employees

Bottom paid plants in network. Offer college loan repayment service.

Review from Product Dept

To get paid for the job im doing an not being use to do other job im not getting paid for

Compensation is not the main priority at least for me. I’d like to be treated fairly, feel safe and respected when I come to work and not be threatened or forced into covering the supervisors mismanagement?

Pay equal to the amount of work and abilities you bring to the job.

I’m a degree holder and I was told I couldn’t be a supervisor because I don’t have a business management

By not taking away bonuses and giving it all to management

There is no covid related benefits for mandatory work. Being under staffed constantly means that I can not take my vacations. All of my managers are company first and employee last. They need to change the culture to appreciate there people. We work hard, sometimes very long days.

Review from Product Dept

Overtime given somewhat equal and not managers friends that post the vacation they took together on Facebook. Pictures speak themselves.

Company treats us like we're robots instead of humans.I would feel better if we were paid better wages for the money that we make for the company.
