Peoples' retirements are being funneled into index funds that are about to crash hard, harder than '08. Most people don't understand the financial crisis we are just now starting to see

There is no covid related benefits for mandatory work. Being under staffed constantly means that I can not take my vacations. All of my managers are company first and employee last. They need to change the culture to appreciate there people. We work hard, sometimes very long days.

Overtime given somewhat equal and not managers friends that post the vacation they took together on Facebook. Pictures speak themselves.
