The employees and supervisors run everything if we lost a handful of them the place would fall apart
We have fun, but can lock it down to focus on resolving issues safely and effectively when needed.
Many topics and everything is done right
Dedicated, Engaged and truly care about the business
We all work well together and try to keep each other in a positive state of mind even though management doesn't appreciate the sacrifices of the employees.
Good people and hard working
My team that works for me is great! Very hard working and never let me down.
My coworkers are friendly, fun to work with, and are dedicated and committed individuals. We work well together.
Teammates or the people that actually do the work
They talk about fixing problems and thats as far as it goes
Review from Operations Dept
Lots of talk about what need to get done but nothing gets done.

Like i have previously said the team from the branch manager to my co workers we make a great team. But from there to top leadership and sales team you all need to come in a see for yourself. Walk around branches and hear concerns from employees. Its going to be constructive but good for both of us
We can solve any work related issues quickly and effectivly
We don't have to many meetings.
We all work together minday
Really dont know cause they spend more tell complaining about each other
That some of them are willing to work hard when required
B shift is very complicated
Need to have meetings we have not had one in over three years
Review from Operations Dept
Unfortunately our team isn't very good. Communication is lacking and they keep a lot of information hidden from us as drivers.

Drive to make the place better
The supervisor is allowing workplace violence.
More help would be a start. Working the same people 12 hours every day cost you more money in injuries & broken equipment.
We have employees that have been there for 2 months that are training new hires, are trainers were trained by newbies, and our equipment and Dairys reflected it. They pay somebody off the street $2 less than somebody that's been there for 30 years, very sad. What incentive is there to stay.
Fueling and cleaning trucks, communicating milk levels, mechanical issues, road impediments and closures and everyone being willing to help not just a small few.
Everyone is working so much overtime the morale is down
Communication between the shifts and a better way to communicate with production we have to use or personal phones
I think if the overall attitude toward employees changes the employees will change for the better. If not there will be new employees.
