    As a manager at dollar tree, I only make 12.75 because the person who hired my as such convinced my district manager other wise. When I start at register, I made 8.80 because of past experience. The only people who may get better pay is store and merch managers with bonus pay. But they have stopped that.

    Dollar Tree does not give raises I've worked for them for 7 yrs I still make the same thing a person who just started nothing to show how they appreciate your hard dedicated work no raise no benefit's just work cashier or stocker if you work in the store NO LOVE

    Ive been there 7years work all shifts all position never gotten a raise passed my management assessment still haven't got a position Noone else works the positions and shifts as I do they treat you so badly here no recognition or appreciation

    I have been Dollar tree 9 years, I have never got a raise. They say minimum wage is my raise is what I was told. No loyalty or appreciation at all. They don’t care if you leave. Very high turnover of employees

    If we do, I haven't seen it. They should be thankful a few of us are still there. Dollar Tree could care less about the retail side of things especially the people that do all the work!

    Standing on your feet for hours checking out customer after customer after customer only working mimum wage of 7 dollars no pay raise. Cashiers are the backbone of the company should be treated better with better pay

    All of these people saying no raises are lying. I've worked there for 4 years and you get one raise every year. It's only change, not dollars. But yes, they do give you a yearly raise.

    I’ve been at the Dollar Tree for 3 1/2 years and have never had a review or raise. It’s really sad that this corporation does not appreciate the hard work we do.

    6 years. 15 cents once a year. I've gone from 7.25 to 8.15 and the .15 was only because my boss didn't realize I don't make more...

    I been here for 6 months and I got a raise from 7.30 to 9.00 since March
