It’s very common to go from a cashier to a stocker one day to the next. But to move up in your position to assistant manager or manager is not too common unless you’ve been there forever

There are not departments or teams. There are cashiers and they stock front end,and then freight people depending on store size it can be 1 to 3 people maybe 3 hours 2 days a week
