Egnyte provides an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic company. My prof growth since joining Egnyte has been off the charts! I truly enjoy working with my coworkers and love the lack of micro-managing. Everyone wants to get the work done at a high level and will jump to assist!

Positive but professional. We know we have to do the work to be successful...not just have fun

I have a voice regarding product direction and how it matches my clients' needs. I can reach out to them for help at any time.

Great Benefits package and health/wellness support. No 401k but stock options and bonuses. PTO is more based on need vs hard rules (within reason). They support a family/work balance.

Fully support each other. People are quick to offer a response or jump on a call to help solve a problem We also celebrate personal and professional wins together

Lots of support mixed with humor. Pre Covid we had team building and events to just have fun. Now it's more online but we still find ways to do group events.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I honestly like everyone on my team and look forward to interacting with them. We collaborate really well and all work to make each other successful. We have built out traininghelp new people learn the product while getting to know coworkers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's more of a conversation vs firing questions at people. We won't interviewees to feel comfortable so we can really get to know them and what they will bring to Egnyte. We also want to make sure we are a good fit for them.
