Lots of support mixed with humor. Pre Covid we had team building and events to just have fun. Now it's more online but we still find ways to do group events.

It's more of a conversation vs firing questions at people. We won't interviewees to feel comfortable so we can really get to know them and what they will bring to Egnyte. We also want to make sure we are a good fit for them.
