I am very happy with my salary, but to me, the best part of my compensation package is the equity. Eversight provides equity to all new employees, which gives a sense of ownership to employees, regardless of their position.

The people and the growth environment make me happy at work. Going into the office is great, because you get to constantly collaborate with smart, nice people. The growth environment adds excitement everyday and adds to the optimistic environment.

The team at Eversight is great. Everybody is open to helping out, no matter what their title is. The team is consistently working cross-functionally, which helps build relationships across the company. Everybody is working to make the company better, which creates a positive environment.

Eversight's leadership team excels in setting a clear/shared company vision with a flat/idea-first culture. Our co-founder/head of product is a visionary who understands where the industry is headed and how Eversight fits in. Leadership listens to and implements the best ideas, no matter the source.

The leadership team at Eversight is very strong. The founder is brilliant, and rest of the team is very experienced and knowledgeable. The best trait about the leadership team at Eversight is their willingness to work with and get ideas from people at all levels in the company.

The culture at Eversight is based on working together to make the company better. The best part of this is the "flat" structure, where they follow through with the best ideas, no matter their source. Employees have freedom to work on side projects to impact areas they believe can be improved.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked that the interview process focused on fit more than anything. While experience and skills were valued, what was most important was perspective and having a mindset that would be a good match with the team. There was also a strong emphasis on what I wanted out of Eversight, which was great.
