Enabling the he employees to work remotely is the biggest positive environment factor I can think of.
Undervalued as in "the compensation is several times lower than American one for the same position". Making the compensation more comparable to American/European one would definitely help provided the value every employee across the globe brings to the company is (or should be) about the same.
