Listening. Stop telling us the what and start telling us the HOW - we are given a mission with no idea how to make it happen which demonstrates the inexperience of the leadership team
No more "location-based pay discrepancies" within the same region ie Dublin versus London especially if someone who is overachieving in Dublin is paid less than an underachiever in London - the cost of living is not that different!!
