Everyone seems to care about people not struggling to do their jobs. The office hours concept is great. And the 1T1D value is very positive.
Everyone helps everyone. It is not an atmosphere of competition within the team, which is great. And I believe it's because of how our comp plan is set up. All positive.
PTO is amazing at 5 weeks. Salary is fine. 401K could be matched better. Healthcare is eh (but it's like that everywhere). Would have been nice to get more stock options.
I like the culture the leadership team has created. And the product is great. However, they acquired HVR for a reason and they are ignoring how HVR has been successful in Enterprise accounts. Also, the tools here are overkill...Slack and Ironclad, as examples, decrease productivity in my opinion.
