OKRs and Team Objectives are transparent and pushed enthusiastically. They have a lot of career opportunities and want to help build our careers. There is development initiatives, mentorship, internal collaboration on projects, and other things.
Coworkers forsure. The product is awesome and the future is a rocketship to the moon. But at the end of the day, tech is tech and I care about the people I work with the most.
The culture provides longevity so people want to stay longer than a year or two. By feeling supported, encouraged, and valued - I actually feel inspired to contribute and make a difference. I've been at other companies where It was the complete opposite and it really effected my mental health.
