learning new things and trying to make the loans work when they are a tad "hairy"

you are able to call them anytime and go over things, ask questions and pick their brain

Not being micromanaged but able to reach out to people when you are stuck or need help

same thing as the management team, we can call each other to bounce ideas off or see someone else's point of view and it makes working together very seamless and easy
