The single regret I have about Geneva Financial is that I didn't find them sooner! I was about 12 years into my career when I learned about them and I couldn't have ordered a company to be any more perfect for me than this!

They are dedicated to getting deals closed and work very diligently and with efficiency. They are kind and genuinely care about our clients!

The amount we make per deal. The CEO isn't greedy and we're not paying layers and layers of management salaries. The LO gets the lionshare!

That we are invested in! Starting from the top we're lead by example and shown, love, care, support and all of the opportunities necessary to learn, grow & suucceed!

Our motto is "Be A Good Human" and I believe that we are Good Humans through and through! It starts at the top and rolls down and we feel the presence of everyone's goodness at all levels!

I love my work, I love my clients, I love my team & I love my company! The culture and the flexibility to run an individualized business with tons of support is like nothing I've experienced with any other company! I'm with Geneva Financial for LIFE!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The CEO believes that the sales team are his clients and by giving us the lion-share of the comp, we are not lining the pockets of corp execs at our expense! Earning 2x the national average is amazing and the support that comes with it, makes it all the sweeter!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they roll up their sleeves and jump into the fire with sales & ops when needed. The level of support and common efforts toward the same goal is refreshing! ALL of the Leadership Team at GenevaFi works just as hard as the rest of us (harder at times). They are truly "Good Humans"!
