
It's been mostly positive. The most difficult is how often we continue to lose good support staff. Retain those employees!!!
Communication and availability are untouchable in our industry.
BPS and base pay are great.

Hard workers, believe people.matter and just get stuff done!
Humans first, use common sense, what we do matters.
Closing loans and getting paid, and the lack of overlays or back end/support network drama.
Commission checks, getting difficult deals closed, and of course easy deals that come every so often.
Cohesiveness, communication, willingness to work hard and get things done, willingness to find a way to get things done. Our culture is the best.
The health insurance is mediocre at best. Also, no excuse to not match on 401k and being able to write off the benefits, especially with increasing corporate taxes in future sight.
I buy into the HUMANS first ideology 100%. It is the best I've ever been involved with. What we do matters and people matter, and our company not only recognizes that, but actually acts accordingly.
