This is my 21st year in the mortgage lending industry and I can honestly say this is the best company i have worked for. The CEO is a former MLO and he has structured his company to empower the loan originator. Everything I was told has come to fruition.

Best company I have worked for in my 22 year career. Even though I am not a top producer, although I do produce a decent consistent number every month, whenever I need corporate I feel they treat me as such.

They are all amazing. Underwriting, Disclosure Desk, Closing/Funding, the whole operations team. Cant say enough good things about them.

It is an awesome feeling to know when I close a loan I will be properly compenstated for my referral and all my hardwork.
