
I joined because of the mission; really enjoyed all colleagues. Then greed surfaced. Egos grew. Clics /gossip developed. Unreasonable expectations were abound. Negativity developed. Undermining. All of this and leadership was/is aware and allowing it to happen. Not good.

Personnel changes at the top (ELT); some senior leaders who are very competent, yet not in the right positions and are very negative, bullying and discriminating. Excruciating every day for the entire team.
