Have meetings with drivers, dispatchers, auditors, etc. where concerns can be aired. After the meeting, actually implement positive changes.
99% of what the interviewer told me was lies, and the Regional Manager who interviewed me was well aware that he was lying.
There is zero professionalism among the drivers and field management. Nobody seems to understand that we are in the customer service business, first and foremost.
All drivers are consistently not paid for all hours worked. If your van stops, for any reason, you are not paid for the time worked. No investigation is ever done, Hallcon just doesn't pay you.
There is a distinct lack of training for all positions. Drivers are not trained to do their job, dispatchers are clueless robots, auditors are surly, field managers are lazy and incompetent. Sadly, no one from the General Manager on up seem to know what goes on, or maybe they just don't care.
