Be honest for starters. You say to keep feedback positive. If a person is being honest then that is impossible!

Listen to the drivers and stop treating them like lowlifes

Start being honest. Right now Hallcon is a company with NO corporate dignity.

Taking care of the employees and pay raises across the board - just to make it competitive with other local companies. Plus, they just don't care about anything - all the way from keeping the vans clean to keeping a safe and healthy working environment.
