My time at Hallcon, i valued my structured training and the intent behind the safety measures,which likely protected many drivers and road users. However,the lack of a more robust corrective training program after my initial warning left me feeling me feeling me the response was more punitive .
the field staff are intentionally destroying company property. Management is so out of touch, I expect part of the company to declare bankruptcy soon.
