My coworkers were the best!
Very comfortable environment, easy to fit in
When you have a decent crew for passengers.
Working alone for myself as available
Friendly and communicable. Also very helpful and understanding.

It's a busy hub but you makes our employers BNSF or
The men we transport everyday. They appreciate good drivers
There is nothing pos about it

No drama. Everyone is busy attending to their own work assignments and not in your business.

The BNSF employees. Certainly not the van drivers.

Manament need to be there for us and we need to make more money
Put in place people who care about their employees, but at Hellcon that will never happen.
the company works thru a dispatching company, working with the client...lots of confusion associated with this model
Be honest! Hallcon lies to employees all the time. They keep saying they are hiring because of increased business. That is the biggest lie they tell. Also talk about their training & safety program. Another joke. One driver was seen parked under crossarm at xing!
Hire a better class of people
Real safety. Managers that have some authority
Promote management based on competence not on skin color.
Management needs more transparancy and to quit lieing all the time.
(1) pay a decent wage (2) stop certain people from taking all the good trips (3) find decent drivers. Some are absolutely terrible drivers (4) management should try being honest for a change.
Have some decent management and honesty
There is a distinct lack of training for all positions. Drivers are not trained to do their job, dispatchers are clueless robots, auditors are surly, field managers are lazy and incompetent. Sadly, no one from the General Manager on up seem to know what goes on, or maybe they just don't care.
Review from Operations Dept
Have a level playing field. Some people get all the good trips leaving scraps for everyone elase.

The pay rate. More employees would stay with the company if it were higher.
