No leadership. Management is pretty well none existant. Senior employees steal trips from new, unsuspecting employees
If a company ever needed a paradigm shift it would be hallcon. Spend some money to make some money
Unprofessional drivers and apathetic management.
Drivers are just a resource to be exploited. No genuine concern
Hallcon says their vehicles are well maintained. That is a complete joke. A new vehicle as they call it could easily have over 500,000 kms. Most drivers never pull the dip stick to check if oil level is adequate.
There is no health plan or retirement benefits. They say their vehicles are well maintained but thst is NOT true.
Listen to its drivers and better pay

Have meetings with drivers, dispatchers, auditors, etc. where concerns can be aired. After the meeting, actually implement positive changes.
