Worked with a manager that was and is never on time and relies on part time non management employees open the door to the branch daily and asked me to work off the books with the supposed approval of his are manager.

I am just past my 90 day probation but have been managing my location BY MYSELF (no manager or fellow agent). Not only that, the computers/POS systems and the AC do not work. I need help! I am physically and mantelly exhuasted and cannot keep this up by myself for this extended amount of time

How's the morale at Hertz?
i worked at a small location inside the Mariott Hotel at LA Live in Los Angeles. Me and 2 other guys, worked there and we all hated it. No support from management, all three of us were "managers in Training" no real manager assigned. No real bonus structure, monthly audits where we got ripped apart, but didn't get taught how to rectify the situation. It was awful
