Yes, the pay is a joke here. They just need to boost wages. They dropped the branch manager's bonuses recently and they make significantly less now.

I shouldn't have to fight for a raise that I already was given, now I'm fighting for an extra $1 Per hour and people that are behind me and seniority are making more than I am and I've been there for almost 10 years ridiculous no one does anything favor answers I don't know or I don't have your info

The fact thaf they take 5 minutes an interview is an issue

My interview was set up to see if I would return. I dressed for an interview but was told to clean vehicles for 6 hours only to be told by the general manager "they didn't know". Back to the communication piece and just let your word and handshake mean something.

what makes me most happy at work is when I see how satisfied with the customers when they receive good customer service and they compliment us on how good of a job we do.

Having happy customers and developing emplyees to help them become the beat version of themselves.
