There is always new upper management. They don't care; all they care about is themselves, and all they do every day is send treatment emails.

Communication. Better work enviorment. Better incentives.

Demote the hr director . Hertz needs to do all hiring. She does not have a clue about personnel. She is also a extrovert. Nobody gets along with her.

Respect and knowledge of their position.

Communicating, weekly meetings they cancel all the time. Actually showing their face and helping out when the work load gets tough for a few hours. They just push sales and nps score. Toxic work environment but definelty teach you how to be tough minded. Problem solve and overcome.

They need to start treating all employees equally

No manager can have husband or boyfriend working under them and must treat all employees the same

Rewarding work hard. There are so many good workers, however they receive under market value. And buying new technology, Hertz is at least 10 years behind it's competitors
