The staff needs diversity training. The company refuses to endorce this. They do the bare minium required and pay lip service to true diversity and inclusion.

The executives need to leave the ivory tower and actually walk among the employees. Get rid of the corporate jet and revamp how HR is supposed to help employees.

Treat people fairly across the bored. Employees and functional mangers are real people. Have a plan and have a team of HR representatives that won't tell upper managers your business..
