That i was hired! Diidnt have a clue about the job but i truly liked the person that did OG Hiring process. They are still w the company today. Says alot since the turn over is so high!! For management and counter employees.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The fact thaf they take 5 minutes an interview is an issue
They keep teing my shoe laces together
Ask the right questions in the interview
My interview was set up to see if I would return. I dressed for an interview but was told to clean vehicles for 6 hours only to be told by the general manager "they didn't know". Back to the communication piece and just let your word and handshake mean something.
Everything compny needs to do better as whole
Have people that understand the position do the interviews
I was waiting for three months to be interviewed
Hire better quality people or shut the doors
My interview happened in 2016 and the process has changed drastically since then.

They do not do background checks as people leave so fast that they will hire anyone that shows up.
