Since 2015, when we introduced the first mobile caller ID and spam-blocking apps, we’ve been at the forefront of voice intelligence innovation. In 2016, we partnered with Samsung and AT&T to launch Hiya Protect, the first network-based spam-blocking solution. There is a good culture of transparency and responsibility. People care about doing the right thing and also aren't afraid to speak up and disagree respectfully, no matter who they are disagreeing with (another coworker, manager, executive, etc)

I really like that I am able to make an impact with the work I am doing. I get to have ownership of projects that impact millions of people on a daily basis which is a pretty cool feeling.

We try to get a more holistic view of an engineer that isn't just whether someone can solve a certain coding problem or not. Each interview is probing a different area of expertise to try to get a well-rounded picture of the candidate.
