The one thing that they do well is create toxic work environments, threaten with "cost cutting," make customers angry because they can't deliver due to getting rid of good employees, and making investors and shareholders pull their stocks because they find out how little they care about anyone other than getting their bonuses. That's what they do well. Anything else needs serious improvement.

Can't stand him. He is a self serving, egotistical fool. He has completely ignored the company culture, has no value for non technology businesses and has little value for subject matter expertise. He does very little well as he has divided the company rather than supported it.

He is over paid, believes in leveraging existing assets vs. reinvesting in the future. North america is a burden and everything should be produced in so called "growth regions"
