
IT depends on your position. If you are an hourly employee, your wage can increase with recognition of your efforts and the quality of your work. If you are salaried, bonuses are the usual form of additional compensation and those are annual.
They don't. I was rated at the top of my department the entire time I was there and was lucky to see 1% if anything
Not often enough. I was told there would be yearly raises based on performance, but Honeywell has not lived up to that promise
