I'm sure it depends on your particular business unit you belong to but collaboration is huge where I am. The biggest issue tends to be information sharing between groups. I don't think there's any such thing as one Honeywell but rather competing groups doing the exact same thing multiple times.

Generally collaborative. Although as in any human mix you need to build alliances and watch out for the glory grabbers
