somewhat difficult as procedures change so fast that you cant keep up with the changes. change is good but to make seemingly random changes in procedures that aren't broken? INSANITY!! its no wonder so many people new people quit after only a few weeks

Yes. Too many changes in procedures. Most of them are not documented. No lradership
