
It doesn't factor in much when making a decision. We're more concerned with your ability to excel in the role itself and potential for growth into a larger position. Inherently, culture plays some part in that but we're moreso assessing skills.
The candidate should know that they are just a number and the company will not hesitate to remove them at first chance and shift their work to someone else who is already over burdened.
