The Silo way of work is still very much a reality. There are so many gaps that are not filled and items that are missed because of it.
Less micromanagement. Don't manage to a metric and empower your staff. Don't sweat the small stuff and treat people well
Connecting with employees to understand barriers to success and building achievable plans for long term growth as opposed to short term gain
Giving the customer the best product and the best customer service and listen to the technicians that work directly with the customers.
Too many meetings but never given any feedback when you ask questions. Very indecisive. Changing procedures too much and too fast
Stop using employee compensation to make the quarterly numbers. Make the same sacrifices by giving up their year end bonuses
Competitive wages and better benefits. Specifically health insurance - high premiums and high deductible is ridiculous.
Too many good employees in the US let go and replaced by inexperienced overseas employees.
Keeping to the target dates/milestones Stop fire-fighting & reactive ways. Be proactive in finding solutions.
Quit making money off the employees and find other ways to increase profits
Understanding the needs of our employees and the ability to hire and tetain
Needing to treat everyone fairly. Way too much favoritism
Keep a boss around for more then a month
They need to get better in everything
Give them the ability to lead
Improving the benefit plan
Take RESPONSIBILITY!!
