They have no customer service. They outsource their "customer setvice" who has limited access to information and customer accounts and will refuse to transfer a customer to anyone at Hopper.
This company values its employees even at the faster phase. They always thrive for the betterment of not only the company but also the people who work for them.
Customer service is atrocious. The people are helpful but no way to chat or call someone means you're getting delayed support via email in a real time pricing environment. Poor form.
