What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give us independence to learn and work without micro-managing us.

my boss is truly a forward thinker. He is the best to work for. Listens and has no issue doing whatever it takes to assist and get things done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A strong point of this leaderahip is their customer obssession and the lengths they go to make customers happy. On the flip side, there is no care and concern for employees that work here. You are disposable, overworked and at the end of the day, thwres no opportunites to grow.

Better benefits and better bonus
Better salary/stock option. Bring back 4day work/3day off schedule

We help each other like we are inside an office despite not seeing each other even once.
Working with smart and kind people who are experts and what they do is awesome
Personable and helpful also they are friendly.
We care for the work we do and the company we work for. Always trying our best to maintain company's values.
The are very collaborative, easy to work with and fun.
