Everyone was welcoming and friendly.
The health insurance benefits are good. Maternity leave has a pretty good setup for exempt employees.

People that are at the same level as me are great. Communication is probably the only thing that needs work.

Hiring people that are ready to bring new perspective and change to the company instead of family members. And really listening to the employees and implement their ideas instead of running a company on fear.

The communication between higher-up employees and others is terrible. They're constantly changing their minds and don't tell anyone about the changes. Also, there needs to be women in leadership positions. It's too much of a boys' club.

Bosses respecting and listening to their employees. Also, they need to put more trust in them. Employees were hired because they're smart and good at what they do, so let them take the lead on more projects instead of rejecting everything and never being satisfied.
