Compensation is easily half of market rate so motivated people are in and out of here in under a year. Anyone here over 2 years has just given up on their career and settled for pennies.

It really is a great place to learn and grow. However, you need to be very internally motivated because there is nothing to motivate you here. To get the most out of IB, take on as much as you can, learn as much as you can, then leave.
