
There are some great people here solving great problems. Helping them do that is what makes me happy.
Non leaders seem to be a good mix of great people who love solving problems. Everyone wants to jump on to help but with some much to do everyone is stretched which is causing tension because of pressure to get stuff done from above.
Lead with Empathy and respect. Talking to people in a demeaning way does not work and its showing with your retention and the need for this survey. It's also not encouraging that there are no game changing ideas that are being instituted from the team. Not sure what you are doing.
More transparency around these "bands". They don't seem to reflect the market. This would help too for managers who have had employees left due to pay. How many other department's have that same issue? We are just now getting updates on people leaving so lots of work needs to be done here.
